Service Advisor – Cartier, Orlando
As an Ambassador of client service and communication for the Maison, you will provide advice, technical explanations, and responses to clients related to the servicing of merchandise. You will deliver after-sales service resolutions that meet or exceed clients’ expectations, ensuring the highest level of client experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Service and Client Communication:
- Deliver a warm and gracious welcome, exhibiting Maison values and exceeding client expectations.
- Meet and/or exceed service time frames and follow-up expectations.
- Understand client needs, identify and discuss appropriate solutions.
- Communicate and respond to client inquiries with strong knowledge of technical service explanations.
- Apply Cartier Service Policies to provide a Maison‑appropriate client experience.
- Perform basic product services such as strap changes, bracelet sizing (non‑gold), steam cleaning, and cord changes.
Sales:
- Uphold Cartier Client Experience ideals with clear understanding of luxury service requirements.
- Use client experience guidelines and technical expertise to recommend service and product sales (straps, links).
- Partner with boutique colleagues on sales of accessories, watches, and jewelry.
Daily Operational Support:
- Understand and comply with Cartier security and operational procedures (product handling, inventory control, etc.).
- Partner and assist with boutique daily set‑up and break‑down for opening and closing.
- Assist with boutique projects such as inventory, organization, restocking supplies.
- Maintain merchandise and visual standards, including product maintenance and under‑stock organization.
Education: College degree preferred.
Required Experience: 2 to 5 years in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
Technical
Skills:
- Available to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Work effectively in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Computer and internet savvy; MS Office required; SAP knowledge preferred.
Personal
Skills:
- Additional language skills (Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understand customer service priorities and internal/external customers.
- Attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Project an approachable and professional image in appearance, manner, and demeanor.
- Hourly rate negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
