Process member orders in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner using the pick list and RF scanner;
Lead Omni team members, train and develop talent, and manage performance;
Ensure adherence to SOPs for BOPIC, BOPIC Fresh, Curbside and Ship from Club;
Monitor and improve operational efficiencies and productivity to meet SLA targets;
Review daily/weekly OMNI reporting and communicate results to leadership
