Position Summary
You will serve as the brand ambassador for our retail locations, creating a store environment that promotes the brand, showcases and moves product, and delights customers. You will work closely with the Corporate Visual Team and store staff to implement and maintain visual standards, balance aesthetics with productivity, and act as a trainer and communicator of visual merchandising best practices.
Responsibilities- Train and coach store staff on visual merchandising standards and brand presentation.
- Develop and execute new ideas for store visual standards and special event needs in partnership with the GM, Corporate Visual Team, and PR/Marketing.
- Analyze sales information and assess merchandise needs based on business trends.
- Identify and communicate visual merchandising challenges and best‑in‑class trends to leadership.
- 2 to 4 years of visual and/or management experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment.
- Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Minimum age 18 years.
