• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and recommending products.

• Assist with product selection, provide information, and showcase products.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Enforce company policies and perform other assigned duties.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a gaming or electronics store.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment while attending to customers.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Knowledge of basic POS principles and cash handling.
• Passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming products.
• Self‑motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Occasionally lift, carry, and/or move up to 50 pounds. Stand and walk for extended periods. Use hands to operate equipment, including a cash register and handheld scanner. Reach above and below shoulder level. Bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch to stock shelves and retrieve merchandise. Occasionally sit, climb a step stool or ladder, and push or pull carts and merchandise fixtures.

$37,445.00 – $64,058.00 per annum (exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location).
