Overview
VISUAL MERCHANDISING COORDINATOR - MILLENIA.

Location:
Millenia, Orlando, FL. This role is full-time, on-site.
- Merchandise the Showroom – Daily showroom reset, maintain merchandising standards, review floor plan notes, inspect the sales floor for spatial planning, facilitate product transitions, manage showroom product orders, create stock transfer documents, oversee deliveries, and ensure proper execution of merchandising strategies. Participate in planning movement of display products, optimize space, and maintain layout/density. Print and place price tags and conduct audits to verify correct placement.
Respond to showroom audits (Visual, Marketing, Mattress, RFID, Truck Bindy). - Place & Replenish Home Accents – Receive, unpack, label with price and RFID tags, place accessories and wall décor per standards, place bulbs in lamps, update displays quarterly with seasonal color stories, replenish and redistribute home accents and mattress gallery merchandise per planograms.
Additional duties include:
- Inventory Control – Track display products with RFID tagging, oversee ordering/receiving, review weekly variances, provide PO documentation for transfers, and audit accessory labeling.
- Support Sales Department – Drive sales with appealing displays, review showroom feedback with management, assist in customer interactions when needed, communicate pricing/tag requirements, and participate in company alignment meetings.
- Visual Team & Merchandising Involvement – Participate in weekly Visual team meetings, coordinate with planning/leadership on placement and resources, assist in new showroom setup and remerchandising projects, provide feedback on product quality and delivery.

Work Experience:
High School Diploma required; at least 1 year of visual merchandising experience preferred - Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 9:30am–6:30pm, limited night/weekend hours; full-time (40 hours) - Travel may be required for overseeing multiple showrooms, remerchandising projects, and new store openings
- Physical: ability to stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 45 lbs; climb ladders
- Technical: proficiency with Microsoft Office;
Apple iPad and related apps; general PC knowledge; CAD drawings understanding; AS400 knowledge preferred - Licenses:
Valid Florida Driver’s License
