- - Responsibilities:
Lead and create a best in class customer experience by connecting customers with Wayfair’s home online assortment in-store;
Manage and monitor stock levels, merchandise adjacencies, presentations, signing, and assortment to ensure well-stocked sales floor;
Maintain visual standards and signage and support backroom and replenishment operations;
Assist with customer fulfillment across channels (order pickup, incoming inventory) and visual adjacencies/presentations;
As Keyholder, open and close the store
