Retail Full‑Time Sales Lead – Waterford Lakes Town Center, Orlando, FL

Fabletics is seeking a full‑time Retail Sales Lead for its new location in Waterford Lakes Town Center. In this role you will lead the customer experience, support Sales & Operations, and collaborate with the Store Manager and team to achieve bold targets.

• Embed our culture and values by educating customers on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers with product knowledge—fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and related performance expectations.
• Partner with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve overall customer experience.
• Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines that facilitate easy shopping and add value to the customer journey.
• Contribute feedback to continuously improve business operations.
• Achieve personal sales goals and maintain safety and security standards.
• Handle inventory logistics, including unpacking boxes as needed.

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and enthusiasm for active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Strong social interaction skills with customers, employees, and partners.
• Ability to work effectively with large teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, initiative, and comfort handling ambiguity.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
• Self‑motivated, strong communicator, and able to bring out the best in others.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible with work hours; willingness to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physical capability to stand for at least two consecutive hours, move, reach, and handle shelving equipment; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing required.
