Greet teammates and athletes and proactively engage to understand needs and support shopping with helpful product knowledge;
Uphold merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment;
Promote company programs (customer loyalty, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment);
Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, and comply with laws and guidelines including ATF requirements;
Create an inclusive store environment and support the team across the store
