At Lids Sports Group, our mission is to fuel fandom by offering premier licensed sports apparel and accessories across 1,300+ stores nationwide.

As a Sales associate, you will deliver an exceptional retail experience, assist customers in finding products that reflect team pride and personal style, and uphold the Lids brand in all areas of store operations.

• Generate revenue by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and providing superior customer service.
• Support store maintenance, visual merchandising, signage, and cleanliness according to current visual guidelines.
• Maintain a professional appearance per the dress code.
• Adhere to store policies, protect company assets, and manage inventory including processing shipments and resetting merchandise.
• Assist with accurate product counts and other assigned duties.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb a ladder, stand and walk for long periods, and operate a POS system.
• Licensed to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
