• Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators
• Help manage and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
• Participate in inventory management and stock control processes

• Assist in training and developing new team members

• Support promotional activities and visual merchandising efforts

• Experience in running or assisting with high-volume store operations
