Greet all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello throughout the Store; assist Customers with merchandise and questions in a polite, knowledgeable manner;
Keep the store clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, stocking, and maintaining restrooms and high-touch areas;
Process register transactions accurately and handle cash, checks, and refunds per company policy;
Assist with merchandise replenishment and ensure presentation aligns with monthly guidelines and department standards;
Support Loss Prevention awareness and follow MOS policies to protect merchandise and confidential information
