Job Overview
Coca-Cola Beverages Florida (Coke Florida) is seeking a Part-Time Sales Merchandiser based in the Orlando location. The role involves stocking, replenishing, merchandising, and providing customer service at designated accounts. The position is primarily day shift and requires weekend work.
ScheduleEligible shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Friday–Monday (flexible); 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Friday–Monday (flexible).
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements in compliance with company standards.
- Maintain product inventory levels in beverage sections and throughout accounts, ensuring no out of stock product and minimizing trade break, damage and loss.
- Place timely, accurate orders per ad calendar and adjust orders based on influencing factors.
- Manage back stock inventory levels and trade breakage in assigned accounts.
- Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem resolution, and appropriate follow up.
- Maintain professional, team relationships with co‑workers, customers, and shoppers.
- Ensure company assets and point of sale inventory meet merchandising standards; properly face and spin product per applicable standards.
- Determine stores’ product needs, place and transmit appropriate orders.
- Conduct store surveys.
- Communicate account activities, including equipment service needs, to appropriate parties.
- Maintain merchandising standards and efficiencies while rotating products in designated accounts.
- Organize backroom inventory in an orderly manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, sales floor, and shelves.
- Transport, replace, and maintain point of sale advertising as appropriate for account.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
- Identify and report any unsafe working conditions.
- Comply with dress code or appearance/grooming standards.
- Work shifts and schedules as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a personal vehicle with current liability insurance.
- Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three years.
- Ability to operate a manual or powered pallet jack or lift product, certification as required.
- Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours.
- Associate degree / 1–2 year college – university degree preferred.
- 1+ year previous sales or merchandising experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and follow‑up skills.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
- Ability to use and understand mobile and computer applications.
- 1+ year working with minimal or no supervision preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Ability to push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds while kneeling, squatting, reaching above the head, reaching at the waist, reaching below the knees, and bending at the knees frequently.
- Ability to push and pull manual transport equipment (e.g., pallet jack, hand truck) over a distance of at least 100 yards frequently.
- Ability to manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand‑eye coordination.
- Ability to stand a minimum of 6 hours during the workday.
- Ability to walk a minimum of 4 miles during the workday.
- Frequently work in a hot/humid outdoor environment.
