Selling Supervisor

Summary

As a Selling Supervisor you will be a member of the Store Leadership team responsible for driving sales, coaching the sales team, and executing daily business objectives to ensure a profitable store. You will lead by example by selling on the floor, monitoring KPIs, and supporting merchandising and inventory control. The role includes mentoring staff, supporting recruitment, and ensuring a consistent customer experience aligned with brand standards.

• Coach, mentor and develop sales associates; provide feedback and recognition.
• Drive team sales performance, monitor KPIs and share performance data.
• Sell on the floor approximately 50% of the time and implement clienteling strategies.
• Execute promotional activities, sales events and support merchandising needs.
• Supervise daily cash transactions, register balancing and related administrative tasks.
• Support inventory control, productivity standards and adoption of new selling technologies.

• Retail supervisory or similar industry experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning and prioritization skills.
• Ability to operate the register, stand and move for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel.
