Customer Service Associate

Overview

As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) at Wawa, you are the friendly face that greets and serves our customers. What you'll do:

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, while keeping the coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and  for age-restricted products.
• Maintain well-stocked shelves and keep the store inviting and fresh.
• Follow all established policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to keep the store clean and safe.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.

Qualifications

• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Enjoys working in a team environment.
