Fish Window Cleaning is Hiring! We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join as an Office Administrator. Job Type:Part-time
Typical Schedule:Mon-Fri 25 hours per week. From 9 am to 2 pm.
Pay:$17 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:- Use our proprietary Fish software.
- Process received payments and actively administer Accounts Receivable processes
- Issue invoices to FMC Customers
- Confirm upcoming residential appointments by phone
- Answer customer calls
- Have to be fluent in Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone
- Good organizational skills and ability to follow-through on contacts made
- Proven PC Skills (Ability to learn and use Microsoft Office Suite, and Fish software)
- On-the-job training
- No nights or weekends
- Uniforms Furnished
