Lids - 9303 Jeff Fuqua Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs, goal setting, and regular follow up when Store Manager is not present;
Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures;
Engage in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting Lids membership programs;
Maintain adherence to visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness; safeguard company assets and inventory
