Lids - 4975 International Drive - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through training programs and goal setting, and regular follow up when Store Manager is not present;
Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures;
Lead customer experience by executing selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional service;
Maintain adherence to visual merchandising and store cleanliness; ensure professional appearance per Dress Code Policy
