DescriptionSummary:
The Deli Stocker is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized deli environment, ensuring that all areas, including guest dining and condiment stations, are kept in excellent condition. This role involves stocking shelves with fresh products, rotating stock, removing expired items, and cleaning before restocking. Adherence to attendance policies and proper uniform standards is required. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable working in cold environments, and capable of following management directives efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that your work area is always clean, neat, and organized. Your work area includes: the guest dining area, the condiments station, the coffee station, the grocery area of the deli, the cooler, and any other area your manager assigned.
- Wipe tables when needed, clean up spills immediately, make sure the trash is always empty, floors are always clean, and the chairs are where there supposed to be.
- Must stock the merchandise properly (rotate stock & have all the labels facing front); make sure we are stocking immediately when the product is available.
- Responsible for pulling all expired merchandise off the shelves.
- Responsible for cleaning before replenishing any products or utensils, to include coffee, stirrers, teas, sugar, silverware, trays.
- Make sure to pick up all deli trays and bring them to the kitchen to get cleaned and restocked.
- Adhere to all reasonable requests made by management promptly.
- Uphold the company's drug-free, tobacco-free, and nicotine-free policies within the workplace.
- All other duties as assigned.
Experience/
Qualifications:
- Previous stocking experience preferred.
- Candidate must be available to work all days of the week and available to work shifts ranging from 7:30am-Midnight.
- Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently
- Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
