Luxury Boutique Assistant

We are seeking polished, personable, and service-oriented Client Experience Associates to support a prestigious luxury boutique in Florida. This role is ideal for someone with experience in luxury retail, hospitality, concierge services, or other high-touch customer-facing environments who understands the importance of delivering an exceptional client experience.

The Client Experience Associate will serve as a welcoming presence within the boutique, supporting client appointments, assisting the sales team, and ensuring the boutique consistently reflects the brand’s elevated standards.

We are seeking candidates for our clients location in Orlando, FL. This is a seasonal opportunity that will run from November until Feb 2027.

• Welcome and warmly assist clients upon arrival, creating a gracious and personalized first impression.
• Support client appointments, including appointment preparation, client flow, and coordination with the sales team.
• Provide concierge-style services and respond thoughtfully to individual client requests.
• Assist with gift wrapping and ensure products are presented beautifully and in accordance with luxury brand standards.
• Support appointment scheduling and respond professionally to phone inquiries.
• Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the boutique.
• Assist with hospitality and other client experience needs throughout the boutique.
• Anticipate client and team needs and proactively provide support during busy periods.
• Collaborate closely with boutique associates and management to ensure a seamless and elevated client journey.

• Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, concierge, customer service, or another high-touch client-facing environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, polished, and professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining luxury presentation standards.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable interacting with high-profile or discerning clientele.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required.
