Summary
The Cosmetics Counter Manager leads and supervises a team of Beauty Advisors to deliver excellent service and drive sales in store and online. The role focuses on building customer relationships, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining an engaging merchandise presentation.
Responsibilities- Create a seamless, enjoyable in-store experience and cultivate customer relationships.
- Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology.
- Participate in merchandising and operational requirements.
- Lead and support Beauty Advisors in providing welcoming service and maintaining productivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
