Summary
The Cosmetics Counter Manager leads and supervises a team of Beauty Advisors to deliver excellent service and grow sales across in-store and online channels. The role focuses on building customer relationships, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining an engaging merchandise presentation.
Responsibilities- Create a seamless, engaging in-store experience and cultivate customer relationships.
- Drive sales with in-store and online clients through effective use of technology.
- Participate in merchandising and operational activities.
- Supervise and support Beauty Advisors in delivering outstanding service and maintaining productivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of related experience.i>
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
