- Identify and target potential customers for Urban Air memberships through various channels such as in park, community outreach, social media, and local events.
- This position will be an 80/20 split. 80% will be in park and 20% will be community outreach.
- Engage with guests visiting Urban Air to introduce memberships to frequent visitors.
- Implement and promote in-park membership sales campaigns, including special offers and discounts to increase membership sign-ups.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for new membership sign-ups.
- Track your sales and report weekly to park management.
- Ensure that all in-park displays, signage, and promotional materials effectively communicate membership benefits and special offers.
- Work with the operations team to ensure smooth integration of membership benefits with park activities and special events.
- Assist new members with initial account set up.
- Escalates any payment or billing issues to operations team.
- Ensure all membership sales activities are conducted in accordance with Urban Air’s policies and customer service standards.
- Non-typical Family Entertainment environment. We have great food, millions of dollars worth of attractions, and thousands of people coming to have FUN!
- We are business casual!
- Ability to work Saturday, Sunday and/or evening shifts during the week!
