A leading Concrete producer is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to support continued growth across the Orlando and Central Florida markets. This role focuses on developing and managing relationships with commercial contractors, developers, and municipal clients.

Role Overview

The Commercial Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing existing accounts and developing new business within the commercial construction sector. The role requires a strong understanding of the local construction market, pricing strategies, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with commercial contractors, developers, and project owners.
  • Grow sales volume across ready-mix concrete and related construction materials.
  • Identify new project opportunities and convert leads into long-term accounts.
  • Prepare and present pricing proposals, contracts, and sales forecasts.
  • Coordinate closely with dispatch, operations, and plant teams to ensure reliable delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and project pipelines.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and forecasting reports.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Sales experience.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
