Position Overview

The Regional Sales Representative plays a key role in driving the continued growth of Bottle Logic Brewing and its Anomaly brand portfolio. This position is responsible for expanding sales volume and market presence by building strong relationships with both established and new customers across a large regional territory. (Primarily Orlando & Tampa with some travel to other areas of the state)

This role requires extensive time in the field, working closely with retail accounts and our wholesale partner to create sustainable growth, brand loyalty, and excitement around Bottle Logic’s core offerings, limited releases, and Anomaly’s fast-growing alternative beverage lineup.

As Bottle Logic Brewing and Anomaly continue their national expansion, this position offers meaningful opportunities for professional development and advancement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow relationships with On-Premise and Off-Premise accounts, as well as wholesale partners, across a large regional territory for both Bottle Logic Brewing and Anomaly
  • Achieve sales and growth goals established by the Regional Sales Manager through strategic planning and disciplined execution
  • Visit existing and prospective accounts to track sales performance, identify opportunities, and resolve challenges
  • Conduct 50+ account visits per week, with an average of 10 visits per day
  • Work closely with our distributor partner to support sales initiatives, promotions, incentives, and marketing programs across both brands
  • Submit timely, accurate and actionable account recaps in the Karma CRM application
  • Organize and participate in product samplings, on-premise events, festivals, and brand activations, including nights and weekends as needed
  • Ensure full compliance with all state and federal laws related to the sale, merchandising, and promotion of alcoholic and alternative beverages
  • Make thoughtful, solutions-oriented decisions that benefit both Bottle Logic Brewing, Anomaly, and their retail and distributor partners
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Persistent, resourceful, and passionate about craft beer and emerging beverage categories
  • 1-2 years of sales experience within craft beer, beverage alcohol, or adjacent alternative beverage categories
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field
  • Flexible mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of craft beer styles, industry trends, and emerging alternative beverage segments
  • Professional and polished in both business and social settings
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft, and mobile Android or iOS platforms
  • Holds or can obtain required Florida compliance certifications as applicable
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
