ENERGY EXPERT​/CP

As a full-time Energy Expert, you will be trained on all Empower Energy solar products and services with the opportunity to earn a high income for helping homeowners save money, while also protecting our planet. Your primary function will beto generate business through interactive presentations to prospective and existing clients. You will have preset appointments where an Empower Energy Specialist has already met the homeowner and qualified the home as a good candidate for solar as well as pre-qualify financing.

This position is a gateway to several other career opportunities at Empower Energy. We are specifically looking for individuals who will eventually oversee our national expansion, and grow with us as we rapidly expand to becoming to largest solar provider in the state of Florida.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive a high level of self-generated leads through referrals, events and networking activities.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of Empower Energy'sproducts, promotions, and sales offerings.

Attend preset, pre-qualified in-the-home appointments, to present the benefits of home solar and storage products

Conduct analysis of customer’s current and projected electrical usage and financial ROI

Effectively and professionally review financing disclosures

Close contracts at client homes and obtain signatures

Log all communications with customers in Empower CRM contact database

Create a positive experience by providing top-tier customer service to homeowners.

QUALIFICATIONS

A track record of achievement as evidenced by sales awards, beating quota, building a new book of business, growing a market, etc.

Must be highly proficient with computer skills - we move fast!

Unique capacity to connect with and talk to anyone

Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Highly organized and ability to multitask with extreme attention to detail.

Ability to work evenings and weekends

Have access to reliable transportation.
