Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Route Sales Representative to join our team in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with both existing and potential customers to provide exceptional service and support. You will leverage your expertise in customer service and sales to drive business growth while representing top machine brands like Powermatic, SCM Group, Martin, Delta, and Oracle.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in your assigned territory.
- Provide exceptional customer service as a trusted advisor and service writer.
- Measure and quote products accurately to meet customer needs.
- Conduct outside and inside sales activities to drive business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) sales.
- Utilize ERP software to manage customer accounts and sales processes efficiently.
- Demonstrate and promote the use of our machine brands, including Rip Saw, Powermatic, SCM Group, Martin, and Delta.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for territory growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a route sales or territory sales role.
- Strong skills in measuring and quoting products accurately.
- Experience with both B2B and B2C sales environments.
- Familiarity with ERP software and its application in sales processes.
- Knowledge of machine brands such as Powermatic, SCM Group, Martin, Delta, and Oracle is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
