Door-to-Door Sales Representative – Lawn Care (Orlando, FL)

Earning Potential: $60,000–$80,000+ (Base + Commission)

We are a locally owned lawn care company based in Orlando, Florida, specializing in fertilization and weed control using reduced-chemical and organic treatment options. As homeowners become more conscious about family, pets, and environmental health, our services are in high demand—and we’re growing.

We are seeking a driven, professional Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our customer base in the Orlando area.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, takes pride in ethical selling, and wants to earn strong income through performance.

• Represent our lawn care services through in-person, door-to-door outreach
• Educate homeowners on fertilization, weed control, and eco-conscious lawn solutions
• Conduct brief consultations to understand customer needs and recommend the best service plans
• Build trust and long-term relationships with potential clients
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
• Maintain professionalism and uphold company standards for customer satisfaction

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields (door-to-door experience a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly build rapport and confidence with homeowners
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Positive, professional demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• $60,000–$80,000+ annual earning potential
