• Speak with homeowners face-to-face in assigned neighborhoods
• Educate customers on the benefits of switching to solar energy
• Set qualified appointments for in-depth solar consultations
• Work outdoors 5 days per week in your local territory
• Participate in ongoing sales and professional development training

• $20/hour base pay + uncapped commission
• Top performers earn $10,000+/month , with many exceeding $120,000–$150,000+ annually
