Sales Executive - Loop Net - Orlando

Key Responsibilities- Relationship Management – Build relationships with clients using consultative sales methods to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on strategic marketing plans.
- Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group data to drive sales and close new business.
- Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across Loop Net and CoStar to drive sales revenue.
- Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, CRE trends, and your market territory.
- Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support, share market insights, and offer solutions to help clients achieve goals.
- Travel – Build strong client relationships through regular in-person meetings, which may require travel by car and outside the driving radius of your office location.
- 4+ years of experience in a sales-related role in a B2B environment.
- 2+ years of commercial real estate (CRE) related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (in-person preferred).
- Demonstrated commitment to prior employers and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a focus on customer experience.
- Current and valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record prior to start.
- Experience building long-term relationships with senior-level clients.
- Ability to analyze data, build out reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and trends.
- Regular access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a high-growth environment. Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
