, you will oversee day-to-day studio operations while driving membership growth, team performance, and exceptional client experiences. This is a full-time, hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Degree Wellness is a modern, membership‑based wellness studio focused on helping people look better, feel better, and live healthier without the intimidation of traditional fitness or medical environments.

We are actively expanding and opening 5 locations across Central Florida
, and the Oviedo studio is part of this exciting growth. This role offers the opportunity to grow into multi‑location leadership as the brand scales.

• Drive membership sales, service utilization, and retention through consultative, education‑based selling
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage front‑of‑house team members
• Build a positive, accountable studio culture focused on performance and client care
• Ensure a five‑star guest experience from first visit through long‑term membership
• Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, reporting, and local marketing execution
• Collaborate with licensed nurses and ensure smooth coordination between clinical and non‑clinical staff
• Track performance using dashboards, KPIs, and CRM tools

• No license required
• Must be comfortable working alongside and managing licensed nurses

• Membership‑based sales and retention experience preferred
• Ability to confidently educate and sell high‑value wellness services and products
• Comfortable discussing pricing, packages, and long‑term wellness solutions

• Social media marketing experience preferred
• Local partnership and community outreach experience preferred

• Working knowledge of Excel and Word
• Experience with Mindbody or similar CRM/email marketing platforms preferred (training provided)

• Full‑time position
• Must be flexible to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed

• Base salary: $45,500 per year + based on experience
