Sr. Customer Representative, Telesales - Southeast

• Engage with assigned customers (pharmacies, medical groups, physician offices) to support population health initiatives
• Build long-term relationships through collaborative business planning and conduct customer business reviews
• Maintain knowledge of contract terms to optimize vaccine purchases and inventory
• Manage customer supply and product transition challenges
• Communicate vaccine clinical information and commercial offers tailored to customer needs

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of sales experience or high school diploma with 6 years of equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated aptitude to excel in previous roles

• Experience in a technical/scientific field or healthcare environment
• Previous sales, account management, or customer service experience
• Ability to analyze metrics to assess progress against objectives
• Understanding of marketing/sales support functions
• Experience in vaccine sales or retail pharmacy
