Our factory-direct facilities on both coasts offer slabs, prefabricated countertops, prefabricated vanity tops, tiles, mosaics, façade panels and cut-to-size items;

our west coast facility is home to the country’s largest selection of prefabricated countertops and vanity tops and solid wood cabinets.

Position:
Outside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

· Efficiently prioritize incoming job quotes and generate accurate estimates based on customer-provided quotes within 24 hours, ensuring seamless follow-through and successful completion of the sales process.

· Coordination of daily calendar to ensure timely customer visits, calls, and other communication is met.

· Accountable for cold calling new prospects and dormant customers.

· Responsible for following up with customers to ensure any changes are accounted for, requests are fulfilled, and any challenges are addressed.

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in a sales-driven environment demonstrating a proven track record of achieving targets is required.

· Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize is required.

· 2+ years of experience in outside sales (B2B).

· Ability to occasionally work weekends, if needed.

· Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to build and maintain relationships are required.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

· Excellent decision-making ability problem-solving skills to navigate complex customer needs is required.

· Ability to proactively and effectively acquire new customers.

· Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Pay Range: $42.000 /year (starting at) + monthly commissions + car allowance + Benefits
