Over here at GPAC we are actively working with one the Top 100 Commercial Roofing Contractors who is looking to add a sales member to their team. They are in need a commercial salesperson to help keep up the the steady pipeline of projects, and to help them continue to experience the growth they are used to. Commercial Roof Salesperson Duties

* Meet or exceed the sales and margin expectations for the assigned territory.

* Using the necessary phone and field selling skills to sell our products and services to our customers.

* Building strong customer relationships by maintaining sales contacts as required by the position.

* Observing and implementing sales skills of other successful Sales Representatives in all aspects of the sales process to utilize skills necessary to succeed.

* Demonstrating solid business sales acumen and professionalism to make a positive impact on all prospects and customers.

* Drive sales growth through consistent daily effort.

Commercial Roof Sales Experience Required

* 3+ years of roofing sales experience - in commercial

* Experience with Commercial Roofing materials and techniques

* Must be comfortable with cold calling, as well as generating their own leads through in person interactions

* Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player
