As a Sales & Customer Experience Representative (Experience Guide), you are the face of our boutique and a key driver of revenue.

You will:

• Welcome guests and create a warm, elevated first impression
• Customize each guest’s massage experience
• Educate guests on enhancements, memberships, and retail products
• Confidently recommend memberships to support long-term wellness
• Book appointments and manage the front desk flow
• Handle checkout and ensure a seamless guest journey

You’ll combine hospitality and sales skills to deliver an exceptional experience while driving performance.

We’re seeking someone with proven sales experience who:

• Is naturally outgoing and confident
• Knows how to build rapport and guide conversations toward a sale
• Has experience in retail, membership sales, hospitality, or commission-based roles
• Enjoys working toward goals and being rewarded for performance

The Experience Guide is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving sales of enhancements, memberships, retail, and gift cards. This role ensures smooth daily operations of the boutique, maintains front desk standards, books appointments, promotes services, and handles guest transactions.
