WHAT'S THE JOB

We’re growing fast in Orlando and hiring an Outside Sales Representative (B2B Commercial) to develop a territory in south-west of the metro area (I-4 corridor from 50 to 27).

This is a field-based B2B role working directly with business owners and decision-makers. You’ll manage the full process—from first conversation through onboarding and ongoing account management.

This role suits people who are comfortable taking responsibility and working independently, even if sales hasn’t been their lifelong career.

WHAT THE WORK LOOKS LIKE
  • Face-to-face conversations with local businesses
  • Door-to-door commercial canvassing and follow-up
  • Managing your own leads, deals, and accounts
  • Longer sales cycle (12–16 weeks on average), with broad, consistent opportunity
DECISION-MAKING

You’ll have real discretion over how you approach prospects, how you structure deals, and how you negotiate within reason. If you act in good faith, the company stands behind the agreements you make.

COMPENSATION
  • Typical first-year earnings: $95k–$115k
  • Commission paid once per sale, uncapped
  • Proven upside for long term strong performers $150k+
  • Excellent benefits offering

There is a proving period
