What You’ll Earn$14–$16 per hour
- 10% commission on retail sales
Earn up to $260 per month ($3,120 per year) in membership sales commission alone
Unlimited earning potential — the more memberships and retail you sell, the more you make

The RoleAs a Sales & Customer Experience Representative (Experience Guide), you are the face of our boutique and a key driver of revenue.
- Welcome guests and create a warm, elevated first impression
- Customize each guest’s massage experience
- Educate guests on enhancements, memberships, and retail products
- Confidently recommend memberships to support long-term wellness
- Book appointments and manage the front desk flow
- Handle checkout and ensure a seamless guest journey
You’ll combine hospitality and sales skills to deliver an exceptional experience while driving performance.

The Experience Guide is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving sales of enhancements, memberships, retail, and gift cards. This role ensures smooth daily operations of the boutique, maintains front desk standards, books appointments, promotes services, and handles guest transactions.
