Sales Closer

Momentum Solar is hiring driven, coachable closers for our Orlando office. This is a high-income, in-home sales role with a proven system, world-class training, and qualified preset appointments provided daily. This role involves running preset, qualified in-home appointments, educating homeowners on solar, and presenting customized solutions.

• Run preset, qualified in-home appointments (no cold door knocking required)
• Educate homeowners on solar and present customized solutions
• Close high-ticket deals at the kitchen table
• Build referrals and optional self-generated business for higher commissions
• Manage your pipeline and follow Momentum’s proven sales process

• Coachable mindset and strong work ethic
• Comfortable with commission-based income
• Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle
• Willing to work some evenings/weekends

• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Experience in sales or customer service
• Knowledge of solar energy solutions

Strong performers: $200K–$300K+

Uncapped commissions + bonuses + higher pay on referrals/self-gen
