- Support Territory Representatives in achieving their sales goals through customer engagement
- Manage assigned territories and cover for representatives as needed to ensure sales continuity
- Demonstrate customer-centricity by employing a consultative approach to enhance customer satisfaction
- Establish expertise with products and services to serve as a reliable resource for customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Excellent relationship management and team interaction skills
- Ability and willingness to relocate within a designated region after the Sales Associate program
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Must be available for up to 80% travel, sometimes overnight
- A four-year college degree or a combination of college education and customer-facing work experience
- Demonstrated passion for servicing customers and creating innovative solutions
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn Microsoft Dynamics CRM
