You’ll work directly with residential and commercial contractors, represent premium products, and develop a strong, profitable territory through trust, service, and strategic selling.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors and key accounts
  • Identify growth opportunities by analyzing customer purchasing trends
  • Prospect for new business through cold calls, referrals, and follow-ups
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face sales meetings
  • Deliver product training and ongoing support to customers and their teams
  • Resolve service issues and ensure a best-in-class customer experience
Qualifications
  • Experience or familiarity with construction or building products (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proper insurance
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented mindset
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
