Business Development Representative (BDR) – 3PL | Reefer Freight Focus
Fully Remote | $120K–$140K OTE

We’re looking for a high-powered Business Development Rep (BDR) who lives for prospecting, loves the thrill of the hunt, and wants to build a long-term career with a team that rewards hustle.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Aggressively prospecting and winning new business in the reefer trailer freight space
- Building and growing your own book of business (if you already have business, great—if not, we’ll help you build it)
- Owning the entire sales process—from cold outreach to closing
- Partnering with clients as a strategic freight solution provider (this is not account management)
- Working independently without micromanagement—you're the driver of your own success
- Growing your career with a top-tier 3PL company that invests in go-getters who want to build something big
Who You Are:
- Hunter mentality – You love cold calls, chase opportunities, and close with confidence
- Experienced in 3PL freight sales, with a strong emphasis on refrigerated (reefer) freight
- You have an existing book of business (or a solid pipeline)—but if not, we’ll help you build one
- No non-compete restrictions (must be outside of a 2-year non-compete)
- A self-starter who thrives in an independent, remote role and doesn’t need hand-holding
- Hungry for a long-term opportunity where hard work = high earnings
- Motivated to earn $120K–$140K OTE and beyond
