Account Executive – Commercial HVAC

Orlando, FL | $90,000–$110,000 Base + Commission

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle for commercial HVAC service agreements, retrofits, replacements, and construction projects
  • Manage and grow a book of business with $2M+ expected annual revenue
  • Generate new leads, build pipeline, and actively pursue new business
  • Conduct site visits, assess HVAC needs, and review project scope
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and scopes of work
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of commercial HVAC, mechanical, or related industry sales experience
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a multimillion-dollar book of business
  • Strong contract negotiation skills
  • Comfortable reading blueprints and technical documentation
  • Outgoing, proactive sales professional who generates and follows up on leads
  • Experience preparing estimates and proposals
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
