Job Description - Complex Senior Sales Manager - Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista and Buena Vista Palace (HOT0CD36)
Located in the Disney Springs® area, Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista and Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace are ideal for meetings and events. Just steps apart, these two properties offer a combined 1,826 guest rooms and over 200,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, making them a convenient and versatile option for conferences of all sizes.
Our ideal candidate has at least three years of senior‑level sales experience in the pharmaceutical vertical, focused on mid‑ to large‑size organizations. They have a strong track record selling in complex, highly regulated environments and are skilled in navigating challenging contracting processes and interpreting detailed legal terms. They understand pharmaceutical market dynamics, can assess business opportunities, build senior‑level client relationships, and move deals forward within large organizations.
They bring sound judgment, strategic insight, and communicate confidently with clients while collaborating effectively with internal legal and compliance teams.
This role is an in‑office position. However, in rare cases, the hotel may evaluate a hybrid or remote arrangement for an exceptionally high‑performing candidate who significantly exceeds all qualifications. Such consideration is not guaranteed.
Pay Range: This is a salaried role and the position qualifies to be part of the Hilton Sales Incentive plan that is paid quarterly, based on performance.
Shift Pattern: Typical office hours of 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM with required flexibility to adjust schedules for early mornings or late evenings on all days based on client engagement for the hotel.

What will I be doing?The sales office in a hotel is a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment and is a true launching pad for those who aspire to grow their careers in hospitality.
ResponsibilitiesSpecifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Research, solicit and generate new leads for group opportunities through database research and proactive sales efforts, maximizing new room revenue streams, to meet and exceed lead generation goals.
- Represent the hotel in the development of market segment(s) and new customer relationships while maintaining existing relations with assigned accounts. Consistently strive to maximize revenue and profitability for all hotel revenue streams.
- Develop a business strategy by analyzing historical, current and future hotel and market trends, implementing marketing initiatives to capture the maximum amount of lead revenue to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and then apply a disciplined approach to qualify, negotiate and secure new revenue for the hotel.
- Apply strong sales skills to create customer value and differentiate Hilton from the competition.
