Job Description
  • Engage with Clients:
    Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere while handling inbound and outbound calls to discuss Florida Blue health insurance plans, ensuring every interaction is memorable.
  • Empower Clients:
    Clearly explain health insurance benefits, options, and enrollment processes, helping clients feel confident in their choices.
  • Personalize Solutions:
    Listen closely to understand each client’s unique needs and recommend tailored Florida Blue plans that fit their lifestyle and budget.
  • Build Lasting Connections:
    Use your friendly, cooperative approach to foster trust and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Stay Organized:
    Diligently track leads, follow up promptly, and keep accurate records in our CRM systems to never miss an opportunity.
  • Stay Ahead:
    Stay informed on Florida Blue products, industry trends, and best practices to provide top-notch guidance.
  • Ensure Compliance:
    Adhere to Florida state insurance regulations, federal guidelines, Florida Blue standards, and company policies in all sales activities.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience:

    At least 1 year of successful outbound dialing sales experience in the health insurance industry.
  • Licensing:
    Valid Florida Health & Life Insurance License required;
    Continuing Education (CEs) must be up to date.
  • Exceptional verbal communication to explain complex information with ease.
  • Natural ability to build rapport and offer personalized solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and multiple CRM software systems.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve high performance.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptive to meet client needs and feedback.
  • Passion for helping others and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Team player with a collaborative, positive mindset
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of sales experience.
  • 1+ years of experience with ACA and Medicare plans.
  • 1+ years of outbound dialing experience.
