What You’ll Do- Manage live shipments from pickup to delivery
- Communicate with drivers and customers in real time
- Track freight, troubleshoot issues, and provide updates
- Work closely with Sales and Operations to keep everything moving
- Handle a high volume of calls (100+ daily)
- 1–3 years in customer service, operations, call center, or logistics
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fast-track growth into Sales, Ops, or Account Management (~6 months)
- Hands‑on training + real‑time coaching
- High‑energy, team‑driven culture that rewards performance
- $17–$18/hour
- PTO + paid holidays
