  • Monday–Friday schedule with occasional evening/weekend event support as needed
  • $75,000 base salary + commission + residuals
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000–$130,000+ depending on performance

The Role

Majestic Photobooth is seeking a Market Lead to grow and support our presence within the Orlando market. This role combines local sales, account management, photobooth operations, and hands‑on client servicing to ensure strong long‑term partnerships and operational excellence.

You’ll own relationships from first outreach through ongoing account support, helping expand Majestic’s venue footprint while ensuring booths remain operational, brand‑aligned, and client‑ready. Success in this role means building strong local relationships, driving recurring revenue, and creating reliable, high‑quality experiences for both clients and guests.

What You’ll Own
  • Prospect and generate new venue and client opportunities throughout the Orlando market through outbound outreach, networking, partnerships, and relationship‑building
  • Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and discovery conversations to sell Majestic photobooth packages and long‑term partnerships
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients while consistently managing follow‑up and deal progression
  • Close new accounts and execute sales agreements while meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts you personally close, ensuring strong client communication and long‑term relationship management
  • Coordinate booth setups, servicing, and activations while ensuring all installations remain clean, functional, stocked, and client‑ready
  • Troubleshoot basic operational or technical issues in the field and elevate larger issues to the appropriate internal team when needed
  • Collect client feedback, communicate operational needs internally, and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity, account notes, and reporting within Hub Spot and internal systems
Ideal Candidate
  • You enjoy building relationships and are comfortable spending time in the field meeting clients and supporting accounts in person
  • You’re both sales‑minded and operationally reliable, meaning you can close a deal and also ensure the experience gets executed well
  • You thrive in fast‑moving environments where ownership, initiative, and follow‑through matter
  • You’re comfortable working independently and managing your own market with accountability and professionalism
  • You’re organized, responsive, and naturally proactive when solving problems or handling client needs
  • You bring positive energy, communicate well with different personalities, and represent brands confidently in public‑facing environments
Qualifications Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
Experience
  • 1–3 years of sales, account management, hospitality, events, or customer‑facing experience
