About the RoleAs a Truck Team Member, you'll be key in delivering exceptional customer experiences through physical, hands‑on tasks. From junk removal to recycling and donations, you'll make a tangible difference in your community. Plus, you'll engage in sales activities that drive revenue and foster lasting customer relationships.
What You’ll Do- Junk Removal:
Safely and efficiently lift, carry, and load a variety of items into the truck. - Sorting and Recycling:
Identify items for recycling, donation, or proper disposal. - Site Clean‑Up:
Ensure the job site is spotless after each removal, leaving customers impressed. - Customer Service:
- Friendly Interactions:
Greet customers warmly, explain our services, and answer their questions. - Problem Solving:
Offer solutions tailored to customers’ unique junk removal needs. - Upsell Services:
Identify and recommend additional services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.

Comfortable lifting and moving heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) safely. - Customer Focus: A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding service.
- Sales‑Oriented Mindset:
Confidence in discussing pricing and identifying customer needs to promote additional services. - Teamwork:
Strong collaboration skills to thrive in a small team environment. - Driver's License:
Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license (3 years clean driving record for insurance purposes). - Dependability:
Punctuality and reliability are essential to success in this role.
- Competitive Pay:
Earn $17 - $20 per hour, with additional opportunities for tips and profit share bonuses. - Sales Bonuses:
