This is a full‑time hybrid position for a Sales Associate located in Orlando, FL, with partial work‑from‑home flexibility. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, providing consultations on solar energy solutions, and guiding homeowners through the purchase and installation process. This role involves lead generation, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets while maintaining a customer‑centric approach.

The Sales Associate will actively collaborate with the team to drive growth and promote the benefits of clean energy solutions.

• Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Customer service and relationship‑building skills to foster client trust and satisfaction
• Basic knowledge of renewable energy or an eagerness to learn about solar energy technologies
• Strong verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to meet or exceed sales targets
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
