Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities within your assigned territory or market segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline using Hub Spot to ensure consistent progress and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to share customer insights, align on goals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the value of Lucid Bots solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to effectively position our offerings.
- Regularly report on sales performance, key metrics, and insights to leadership.
- Obtain a Part 107 certification and conduct product demonstrations for prospective customers to showcase capabilities and drive engagement.
- Proven track record of success in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably in the robotics, technology, or SaaS industry.
- Prior success self-sourcing qualified opportunities via call, text, email, and Linked In.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and sales enablement tools.
- Demonstrated ability to understand technical products and translate their value to diverse audiences.
- Previous start-up experience heavily preferred but not required.
- Operates with a strong sense of urgency to pursue leads, accelerate deal cycles, and exceed revenue targets.
- Successfully achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build a pipeline of high-quality prospects and convert them into satisfied customers.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Provide valuable feedback to the Product and Marketing teams to help refine our offerings.
- Enhance Lucid Bots reputation as a trusted partner in the robotics industry.
