Acute Wound Healing Specialist
We partner closely with clinicians to advance wound healing solutions. The specialist serves as a consultative wound‑healing expert and primary contact for hospital wound‑care decision makers, educating clinicians, driving adoption, expanding therapy utilization, and coordinating patient transition of care.
Responsibilities- Consult with clinicians on the safe and effective use of Solventum products.
- Attend procedures and placements in hospital care settings.
- Deliver sustainable business growth based on sales targets through account and territory management.
- Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities.
- Educate clinicians on product use, including in-service support.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders.
- Use clinical and economic evidence to advocate for and grow therapy adoption, including advanced solutions and new product introductions.
- Persuade stakeholders to advocate for proposed solutions and products.
- Provide customer support and service.
- Demonstrate proficiency upon successful completion of the sales training program.
- Leverage company software for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking.
- Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.
- Use of a personal vehicle for company business; must complete a pre‑hire motor‑vehicle‑record review and comply with Solventum’s driver policy.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2 years of sales and/or clinical experience, OR high‑school diploma/GED with 4 years of sales and/or clinical experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Current, valid driver’s license.
- Experience navigating complex selling cycles and new product introductions.
- Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across care areas.
- Completion of a formal sales training program or experience using a CRM such as Salesforce.
- Proven track record of sales quota attainment.
- Prior wound‑care or medical‑device sales experience.
- Established strong customer relationships with key influencers (e.g., surgeons).
- Excellent territory management and business‑planning skills.
- Outstanding data and analytical skills.
Remote.
TravelField‑based role with up to 20% overnight travel (may vary by territory).

Compensation and Benefits (US Only)The expected compensation range is $126,400 – $173,800, base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, health‑savings accounts, dependent‑care flexible‑spending accounts, disability benefits, life insurance, voluntary benefits, paid absences, and retirement benefits.
