The OpportunityThis is one of the most valuable learning opportunities available to an early-career commercial real estate professional. As a Junior Agent, you will work directly under and shadow Brooke Quttaineh, the founder of Blueprint Commercial and a top-producing broker in the Central Florida market. You will have direct access to her deal flow, client relationships, negotiation strategies, and investment sales expertise from day one.
This is a real seat at the table, earned through effort, built through consistency, and rewarded through commission.
We'll be completely honest with you: this career is hard. Prospecting is relentless. Deals take time. There will be weeks where nothing closes. But for the right person, someone who is hungry, coachable, and genuinely passionate about commercial real estate, the upside is unlimited. We mean that literally.
What You'll Do- Prospect daily. Cold calling, canvassing, networking, and relationship-building to develop a consistent lead pipeline
- Build and actively manage lead funnels and a strong prospect pipeline in the investment sales and capital markets space
- Shadow Brooke on client calls, property tours, deal negotiations, and investment presentations
- Assist in underwriting, market analysis, and preparation of investment offering memorandums and BOVs
- Identify and qualify commercial property owners, investors, and buyers as prospective clients
- Attend and represent Blueprint Commercial at industry events, investor meetups, ICSC, Retail Live, etc.
- Track all prospects and deal activity through our CRM; maintain organized, consistent follow-up
- Work toward building your own book of business under senior broker guidance
- 1–2 years of experience in commercial real estate, residential sales, finance, or a high-volume sales environment
- Active Florida Real Estate License, or actively pursuing one (we will support your path for the right candidate)
- A genuine, deep passion for commercial real estate -- not just looking for a job, looking for a career
- A track record of discipline and consistency.
- Extreme hunger and self-motivation. You are driven by what you personally produce and not by a salary ceiling.
- Resilience and thick skin. You hear "no" constantly and treat it as data rather than defeat.
- Strong verbal communication skills; confident on the phone and in person
- Coachable, detail-oriented, and committed to showing up every single day
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Direct mentorship from Brooke, Blueprint's founder and a top-producing commercial broker (a rare, career-defining advantage)
